3 generations since 1947.

My grandpa started a grading and asphalt paving company in 1947. 

My father followed and formed Marty Kapusnik Paving. 1961

Growing up in the family business me and my brother later on formed our own company (Kapusnik Paving) 2013

I hung up my loot after 10 years, sold everything besides the dog, bought a motor home and decided to travel the country (with my wife, kids, and dog) for three years feeding the homeless and helping storm impacted families.

We are a self funded, God supplied ministry. 

Realizing if we want to continue serving we still need to be a tent maker.

Loving Sanford, we decided to break ground here.

So we formed Brick City Grading and Drainage to continue our mission. 2025
